How can someone enjoy the benefits of being an adult service provider LEGALLY? The simple answer is to not have sex or stimulate genitals. Without that, how can someone provide a "quality" service? I have a few questions about what is fact & what is just a myth. Please help me if you know.
1.) Is it true that you do not need a license to practice massage in Minneapolis?
2.) Can I be paid to "model" or "pose" while a patron relieves himself?
3.) Being paid to simply being nude while massaging, dancing, having dinner etc. a crime?
4.) Is being paid for time rather than sex a true loop hole? Do those disclaimers have any legal validity?
I know that in some cities, you can apply for a business license & there is a category for adult services. I wonder what exactly that is referring to. Please guys... I want your input on this.
